Good Morning!

It pleases the Lord when we ask Him for His help.  If you are a parent or grandparent, then you can relate to this.  Doesn't it make you feel good when they ask you to help them?

However, there are times when some children will refuse your help and say, "I'll do it myself, I'll do it myself" (I am sure that you can relate to that also)...and so we sit there and watch them put their shoes on the wrong feet... and tie knots in their shoelaces, etc. as they exercise their "independence"!

Even if you don't have children or grandchildren, you can relate to this example personally!  Just think about how many times our Heavenly Father has to just sit back and watch us "put our shoes on the wrong feet" and "tie knots in our shoelaces" just because we would not "ask Him for His help"!  (I think you are getting the picture).

In some situations, the "help" that we need to ask God for, is His "wisdom"!  This is what I want to talk about tomorrow...
