Good Morning! 
            This is the first day of the first week of a new month...and immediately following "Resurrection Day".  Doesn't that sound very fresh and refreshing?  Sort of like a "time of new beginnings".

            Actually, it can be that way every day if you have made Jesus Lord of your life.  The Bible says that the mercies of God are renewed every morning.  (That is GOOD NEWS to me!)  All of us mess up and miss the mark from time to time.  We say and do things that we shouldn't say and do.... but Praise God! ....1 John 1:9  tells us that if we will just admit these things and acknowledge them to God, then He is just and faithful to forgive us right then!!

            So, when you get up each morning, receive the mercies and forgiveness of God and start your day off fresh and new.  Don't spend Today feeling guilty and condemned about yesterday's mistakes and failures when you could be experiencing God's tender mercies and unconditional LOVE.  This will also set you free to extend His mercy and His love to others.

            Remember..."resurrection life" (new beginnings) is only available through The Resurrected Lord Jesus!  If you know someone who needs to know that or maybe someone who just needs to be reminded, send them this Word of Encouragement.
