"STAYING
COVENANT-MINDED"
The rest of this week, The Holy
Spirit will be giving us
"confessions of faith" that are
based on the 91st Psalm. These
promises come with a condition. We
have to do our part in order to see
them manifested in our lives. We
must choose to "abide" in Him. To
abide means to "take up residence,
dwell and remain". Think about
it.....we should find that to be an
easy "choice", considering all of
the benefits that are included!
Let's look at the very first
verse~~~~~
He who dwells in the secret
place of the Most High shall remain
stable and fixed under the shadow of
the Almighty [Whose power NO FOE CAN
WITHSTAND]!
So, knowing that....why would we
want to live anywhere else. As I am
typing, I am thinking: from now on,
when people ask me "Where do you
live?", I just might answer.... In
Jesus!
The confession that the Lord wants
us to use today is from the second
verse~~
Say this.......Thank You, Lord that
You are my refuge and my fortress,
my God, and on You I will lean and
rely, and in You will I confidently
trust!
