The Lord places a "special"
anointing on certain people that
have been set apart for specific
purposes. So, today I am going to
be sharing about the ones that have
been appointed and anointed to be
"Intercessors". I will be talking
about others as we go along.
First of all, let me make something
perfectly clear....every born again
Christian is instructed to "pray".
The Word of God tells us to "pray
for one another", and that "God
hears the prayers of the
righteous", so don't let the
devil tell you that you can't pray
for the needs of others unless you
have this "special" anointing that I
am going to share with you! God
will hear anyone's prayers that
are sincere and in agreement with
His Will and His Word! So,
don't let this explanation about the
special anointing that is on the
"Intercessors" stop you from praying
for others!
People who have been "appointed and
anointed" to be "Intercessors" are
willing to "stand in the gap" and
carry the "burden" of the prayer
request until the burden has been
"lifted" off of them and they get a
"release"! These kind of
intercessors are the very back-bone
of the Church! Every Church or
Ministry is only as strong as their
"intercessors" are! That is why
every Church or Ministry needs to
have an "intercessory prayer team"
standing behind them! Not only will
they "stand in the gap", and put a
"hedge" around the different people
that they are praying for, but they
will make their main focus to be a
"watchman on the wall" for the
Church or Ministry that God has
chosen for them to be connected up
with! They are the ones that do
"spiritual warfare" against the
"principalities and powers, against
the rulers of the darkness of this
world, and against spiritual
wickedness in high places"! I think
that all of us should be thanking
God for all of our "appointed and
anointed"
