Good Morning! In my last message I
talked about the fact that a
"depressive spirit of
discouragement" was coming upon so
many of God's people. It was in
that same message that The Lord had
me send out a "song" about resisting
that spirit of discouragement. You
see, if we allow ourselves to STAY
discouraged, we are feeding that
spirit and eventually it
will develop into "depression"! The
Lord has reminded me of that message
and "song" to alert me to the fact,
that it is that same spirit that has
been trying to come upon me this
past week. Then He brought a "song"
to my heart that I really needed to
hear right at that time! He also
reminded me of the scripture Psalm
32:7 (He surrounds us with "songs of
deliverance")! So, not only have I
been "delivered" from the spirit of
discouragement...but, I have also
been given solid "confirmation"
about my new assignment!
I want to share the "song that The
Lord surrounded" ME with. I may
have shared this before, but this is
a "right now" time to share it
again~~~~~~~~
Some trials come to
hinder me, so that the road ahead I
cannot clearly see; but
there's one thing
that I must do...I'm going on, dear
Lord, I'm going on for You!
There are some days
that seem so long and it looks like
all around is going
wrong; then to my
heart, You bring a "song" that gives
to me the strength I need
to carry on!
I'm going on!
I'm going on! I'm going on towards
the mark, towards my home!
Too many lives
depend on what I do.... I'm going
on, dear Lord, I'm going on for
You!
You may not need to be
delivered from discouragement or
depression, but you may have
"something" that you need to be
delivered from. It may be from lack
or financial problems, or from
health problems, or from "people
problems", or from fear, or
from WHATEVER is keeping you from
being FREE to enjoy the life that
Jesus died for to give you! So, be
expecting more "songs of
deliverance" in all of my upcoming
encouragements for awhile! I
encourage you to check out every one
of them, because one of them just
might be the "right now" song that
you need!
