Good Morning!
I will continue with the
format~~~~~READ SPEAK
RECEIVE
Well, is anybody getting
anything out of this message? I
choose to believe that we all
are, and as we keep going, we
will be able to see more clearly
what The Holy Spirit is teaching
us. He is laying a foundation
for us to build upon. I sort of
see it this way....He has
been "setting the table" first.
Then He has given us some
"appetizers" (Websters
definition of that word is:
"just a bit of something that
excites a desire for more")!
Wow! I have just been
tremendously blessed....after I
typed that about the
"appetizers", The Lord told me
to get up and read that
"definition"! Isn't He
Awesome?! Hey! It's okay if I
get excited about these
Encouragements....after all, The
Lord gets all of the credit for
writing them! So, moving right
along...I will control myself
and get back to the "format"!
He is about to serve up the
"main course", and get to the
"dessert"!
In my previous Encouragements,
I have talked about why we need
to READ His Word concerning His
COVENANT blessings. I have
talked about why we need to
SPEAK those promises out of our
mouth. I have talked about
"why" we need to RECEIVE those
promises, and now I am going to
talk about "how" to RECEIVE
those promises. It won't do us
any good to READ them and SPEAK
them, if we don't RECEIVE them!
So then, HOW do we receive the
COVENANT promises of God? It is
just so "simple"! We start
"thanking" Him for them!! Think
about it this way~~~If someone
offers you something that you
don't want...you say "No, thank
you". But if someone hands you
a "gift" or a "present"...you
reach out and take it and you
say "Thank you"! In other
words...that is letting them
know that you RECEIVE it! I am
saying all this to "prepare" you
for what The Lord has "prepared"
for us in the
upcoming Encouragements! Stay
wih me on this, and all of us
will be getting more "revelation
knowledge" concerning the
COVENANT that God has with His
children!
I was just about to sign off,
and the Lord stopped me. He
showed me that someone who is
reading this, is struggling with
making a decision that
would require them to
"compromise" their Christian
values. It may be with your
job, or with a relationship.
You do not want to lose either
one.....but, the Lord is saying
to you>>>>>>"DO NOT COMPROMISE,
for it is better to obey God
than man! If you choose NOT to
"compromise", I will either make
that job or relationship better,
or I will give you a better
job or a better
relationship". Thus saith the
Lord!
