T.O.D.A.Y.'S ENCOURAGEMENT for Sept. 28, 2010
T.O.D.A.Y. Ministries Good Morning! It is always my desire to keep these
Encouragements "simple" and I know that this is also The Lord's desire (He is
the one that writes them)! So, I am going to "expound" a little more on the one
I sent out Friday, about "speaking to the mountain". Maybe some of you did not
understand that I was keeping in line with the "subject matter" that I have been
sending out....which is all about talking "Covenant-talk"! So, when I was
telling you to "speak to the mountain" that is keeping you from receiving the
Covenant blessings of God, I was just still referring to talking
"Covenant-talk"! So then, what do I mean when I tell you
to "speak" to the mountain? I mean the same thing that Jesus meant when He told
His disciples to "speak" to the mountain! Let's look at that scripture where
Jesus was saying that..ok? It is in the 11th chapter of Mark~~~~First of all,
Jesus let them know that they would have to have "faith" in order to tell the
mountain to be removed! Faith in what? Faith in what He said would happen when
you "speak" to the mountain! Oh! This is so "simple"! However, if you don't KNOW
what Jesus said would happen, then there is no way that you can have the faith
to believe that when you "speak" to the mountain, it will be removed! This is
the very reason that I encourage, and have always encouraged people to get in to
God's Word for themselves and find out what God SAYS! Don't expect someone else
to do your "homework" for you....your personal FAITH in God's Word comes from
"hearing and hearing" (Romans 10:17). So, when you read God's Word, read it "out
loud", so that you can hear yourself saying it! In reference to "speaking" to your
personal mountains, I am going to be taking things that could be a "mountain" in
your life, such as FEAR, DOUBT and UNBELIEF....and I will give you "scriptures"
to read and "speak out loud" until you have the faith to take those "covenant
words" of God and then begin to "speak them to your mountain"! If you will stay
with me on this, then you will understand what it really means to SPEAK TO THE
MOUNTAIN! Then you can just sit back and watch that "mountain" be removed (just
like Jesus said it would)! Halleluiah!!! Have a Blessed Day!! (Talk
